Welcome to Meli Melo

We are a children’s center that lovingly welcomes children from 0 to 10 years old, offering a safe and fun space where they can play, learn and grow.

Our center is open everyday from Monday to Sunday from 2pm to 8pm, and until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, providing a perfect opportunity for children and parents to meet after school and on week-ends.

For children under 3 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult. For those over 3 years old, our monitor is in charge of their care. At Meli Melo, we like to create an environment where everyone can have fun, share, play, dance, participate in workshops and, above all, laugh together.

Our center is a reflection of cultural diversity, with children of many different nationalities. Several languages are spoken here and we celebrate this rich cultural mix, hence our name “Meli Melo”, which in French means ‘a nice mix’.

We have a ball park, many games and toys as well as material for workshops. Our instructor regularly offers activities such as crafts, cooking, theme parties, especially on Friday nights (pajamas, Hawaiian, superhero, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)

We offer snacks and drinks (see menus) and during school holidays, we have special hours and organize holiday camps. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information about Christmas, White Week, Easter camps and more!

Our venue is also available to rent for private events such as birthdays, baby showers and more. Contact us for more details.

Almudena, our monitor

Almudena, or Almu as the children affectionately call her, is 30 years old and already has 12 years of experience with children. She has worked as a monitor in schools, in leisure centers and now in Meli Melo since the first day of opening. She is like a big sister to the children, they adore her.

Over the years she has accumulated numerous diplomas and regularly trains in areas such as special education, specifically for children with autism and learning difficulties, and in educational methods such as Montessori. In addition, she has training as a tourist guide and experience in toy libraries.

Almu speaks Spanish, English and understands French well. Her passion and dedication make each child feel heard and loved.

Audrey, the founder of the center

Audrey is a mother, loves children and works full time. She has always had this project at heart which is to open a children’s center where the children would meet after school and also to allow the parents to continue working or to be able to relax.

Audrey comes from France and has traveled quite a bit. She loves the mix of cultures and languages and she is very proud that today she has many children who come regularly and represent many different nationalities. The name Meli Melo (which means ‘beautiful mix) arose from this idea of having a place where cultures mixed.

Audrey speaks French, Spanish and English, and her vision has created a welcoming and vibrant space for all.
